Hey guys, did you know that the Beatnik mobileBAE "Mobile_0050_base" and "Mobile_0080_base"
soundfonts actually sound similar to each other, but aren't exactly the same?
Here, I'll show you what I mean.
Here's the Nokia ringtone "City Life", played with the "Mobile_0050_base" soundfont:
And now here is the same MIDI file, but played with the "Mobile_0080_base" soundfont instead:
The "Mobile_0050_base" soundfont sounds softer than the "Mobile_0080_base" soundfont,
the same thing goes for the "Mobile_0080_base" and "Mobile_0100_base" soundfonts.
